ALLERGICA AL DIPROYLENE GLYCOL

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per struccarmi ma, purtroppo, dopo averlo messo mi ha causato una dermatite da contatto fortissima. Il motivo è che in questi prodotto formulato per pelli intolleranti c’è una sostanza con un potenziale irritante ossia il DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL … a cui ho scoperto con dei test di essere intollerante a questa sostanza. Vorrei, onestamente, che la sostituiate con il Propanediol che ha in origine naturale ma ho testato che rispetto al dipropylene glycol le probabilità di sviluppare in allergia sono quasi a zero. La presenza di questi ingredienti ha rovinato il prodotto e,nelle pelli come la mia allergiche, causa prurito e rossore.

Très satisfaite du produit, aucune allergie, aucune réaction franchement je vous conseille leurs produits. J'ai une peau très blanche, très sensible et réactive, ayant tendance à faire des plaques et des rougeurs de façon extrême, surtout autour des yeux et principalement au démaquillage. Aucune réaction, je suis stupéfaite de la qualité de ma peau au réveil après une seule utilisation et de mon visage. En général, je déteste mon visage au réveil et là on dirait que j'ai rajeuni lol non franchement je vous le conseille, les produits de cette marque sont coûteux mais ça mérite d'être à ce prix-là, au moins l'argent n'est pas gaspillé.

I was told by a doctor at the skin clinic to stop using face washes and all moisturisers and makeup and therefore makeup remover in an attempt to calm perioral dermatitis and rosacea. She suggested the toleraine range, and this is alongside taking three months of antibiotics. I was skeptical, especially not using moisturiser, but can honestly say I would not go back. This cleanser is the best thing. I still use water in my face but my skin feels soft and moisturised and has no need for moisturiser. Occasionally I wish I could slather on some cream but as to which one I’m not sure yet. Everything is so expensive!

Essential for my hypersensitive rosacea prone skin

I have been using this product for years and am actually unable to use anything else as all other products leave my skin feeling tight, dry and miserable. I find it cleanses well. I put plenty on then wipe it off with a tissue and finally rinse my face in cool water. You can see all the make up on the tissue so I totally disagree with those who say it doesn’t cleanse well. I can only think that they are not using it in a way that suits their particular skin type. There are many ways to use it in order to remove make-up and mine suits me well. Please keep it coming La Roche Posay!

Best for sensitive skin

I have been using this cleanser since last year, and I hope that La Roche-Posay never discontinues it! I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin - up until finding this cleanser, I had tried lots of different types but all would flare up my redness or cause my skin to sting, or dry it out. It's lovely to use - a silky cream consistency that is easily to wash off, and if my skin is feeling too sensitive for that, I remove it with a cotton wool pad and it still leaves my skin feeling clean. I would recommend this to anyone who has sensitive, and problematic skin issues like rosacea!

Bon nettoyant pour ma peau sensible et réactive

J’utilise ce nettoyant chaque soir. Il démaquille très bien et ne me fait pas rougir comme certains nettoyants. C’est le premier qui me convient vraiment.
Ma peau est sensible, réactive et j’ai de la rosacée. Autant dire que c’est du bonheur de ne pas avoir la peau qui rougit en la nettoyant tout en ayant de la rosacée.
Petit bémol : l’odeur. Cette odeur m’a surprise au début et je la trouve peu agréable, presque inconfortable. J’avoue que ça m’a refroidit aux premières utilisations. Si vous êtes très sensible et sujet à la rosacée, ne vous arrêtez pas a cela.

My go to every time my skin is playing up

My skin had been so bad for around 6mths this year that I became extremely embarrassed & unhappy & at a loss as to what the cause was. That said I turned to LRP which had always been my saviour without needing to visit a dermatologist. Within a few days my skin felt & looked more calm. After a couple of weeks of using this cleanser along with the toner & light moisturiser my skin was well on the way to recovery. For a troubled skin I can’t recommend LRP more highly. My go to every time with results.

Atteintes de rosacée ma peau réagit a tout une catastrophe puis est arriver la dermite séborrhéique et la ma peau n'a plus rien voulue savoir ,j'ai du changer toute ma routine et par miracle j'ai connu la gamme Toleriane qui m'a adoucit ,ne m'a fait aucun désagrément un vraie bonheur du quotidien . J'utilise Toleriane crème ,Toleriane teinté clair et le démaquillant Toleriane .
J'adore TOUT les produits de cette gamme et ma peau me laisse enfin vivre sans douleur.

Creamy texture that's gentle on skin. Nothing seemed to work for me until I found this cleanser. My skin was dry and highly prone to allergic reactions and I've found the dermo cleanser has helped me to keep my clear skin whilst rebuilding a moisture barrier. My face no longer feels dry or itchy after washing, I use cotton pads to gently wipe most of the cleanser off so I only need to lightly rinse afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone with sensitive prone dry skin.

The product I received was the Toleriane Dermallergo Soothing Cream. It’s an excellent moisturiser, with a very pleasant and elegant skin feel. Even though I have combination skin (oily in the T-zone), it absorbed beautifully. As it’s winter, my skin has responded extremely well to it. Perhaps in summer the Fluid version might be more suitable — we’ll see. That said, I liked it so much that I’ll definitely be purchasing it once my current moisturiser runs out.

Je cherchais depuis plus d’un an un nettoyant pour le visage qui correspondait aux besoins de ma peau sensible et sèche. Cet hiver, à cause du masque chirurgical et à cause du froid j’ai développé une grande plaque de sécheresse au niveau du bas du visage/ cou.
Grâce à ce produit, en l’espace d’une semaine ma plaque s’était nettement améliorée.
C’est le premier nettoyant pour le visage que ma peau apprécie réellement. Il laisse ma peau propre et hydratée.

I’ve been struggling with dry flaky patches on skin on my face for months. I’ve spent a small fortune of various creams, lotions and cleansers on the advice of pharmacists, friends, social media and search engines - they didn’t work. I invested in a led light mask, it didn’t work

This is the only face cleanser I have ever found that I don't react to. I have been through multiple cleansers over the years aimed at sensitive skin, and developed burning and peeling and sometimes wheezing with all of them. I have always avoided washing my face, usually just using a bit of water. Because of sensitivities I rarely use makeup so this has been possible. But I wanted to use sunscreen more regularly. After a lot of trial and error, and reactions, I found this. No stripping, no peeling. Minimal ingredients. No smell. I use it as the second part of a cleanse, the first part consists of either mineral oil, or micellar water. This cleanser is too expensive and parting with the money makes me nervous, but this is the only thing which works and there arent any dupes for this. I don't even bother with moisturiser afterwards. Just amazing stuff.

For something meant to be very gentle it sure has made a mess of my cheek! Used it last night and it itched slightly but woke up like this😬 my cheek is neon. The rest of my face is OK apart for a few bumps I’ve never seen before.. the redness is subsiding slightly, so hopefully just a temporary irritation or allergy but definitely wont be using again, I’m not sure what the issue was as I’ve used harsher things before no bother.

Benutze dieses Produkt seit Jahren und bin bei schnell gereizter und sensibler Haut an beruhigender Reinigung und Pflege interessiert. Meine Haut ist nach Anwendung auch weniger trocken als bei anderen Reinigungsprodukten, was meiner Gesichtshaut hilft sich selbst zu heilen und Reizungen vorzubeugen.
Angenehm und leicht mit Wasser abzuwaschen.
Sehr ergiebig und hat eine angenehme Packungsgröße.
Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

Great for allergic skin

For several years I've suffered with contact dermatitis due to allergies and thought I'd never find a cleanser I could use. I couldn't even use baby lotion or simple face wipes. I got a sample of this so decided to give it a try and haven't looked back since. It's not cheap but it's worth it if you are limited what you can use. It leaves your skin feeling nice and soft too.
I've now also got a La Roche moisturiser.

Je suis novice en cosmétique et soin de la peau. Pourtant je voulais arrêter d'acheter des produits nocifs pour ma peau (hyper-marchés).J'ai donc testé la routine peau sensible / réactive et j'en suis plus que ravie! En deux mois d'utilisation, je n'ai plus de rougeurs au niveau des joues et lorsque je sors de la douche, je ne sens plus ma peau me tirailler de la sécheresse.
Vraiment, je conseille ce produit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soooo moisturising and hydrating, you don’t need much and it instantly makes my sensitive/dry skin feel silky!! It leaves a little bit of a greasy layer and feel on so only use it at night but because my skin is so dry it was kind of like a protective layer for me and it just looks healthy. It didn’t irritate my skin whatsoever even on first use which is surprising for me! I’d love a serum for dry skin too next!

i can’t believe how after one use my skin was glowy for hours and hours i have combination skin and always when i use some kind of lotion or moisturiser they make my skin glowy for 5 minutes tops and the i have to keep applying but this one absolutely shocked with the results and super pleased makeup also went on so smooth after use and it made my makeups longevity last for so much longer than usual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using this La Roche Posay Toleraine cream. This is because it has kept my skin well hydrated. It absorbed really well and hasn't got a sticky finish to it. Over the past few months my skin has become dry, using this Toleraine cream has been helping to combat this. This cream hasn't caused my skin to flare up ir because irritated. It's great that it is suitable for sensitive skin.

Bis vor kurzem habe ich den Schaum zum Waschen des Gesichts derselben Firma verwendet und war sehr zufrieden. Und eines Tages dachte ich darüber nach, ein Gel zum Waschen zu probieren. Stolperte darüber und kaufte es. Ich habe empfindliche Haut und entschied, dass dies am besten funktionieren würde. Nicht sehr beeindruckt. This is the ONLY product my skin has ever been able to tolerate and I have supplies stockpiled in case the product is ever discontinued or altered at all. Please, please don’t change a thing! I use tissues to remove the product from my rosacea prone skin and then rinse with water. It calms, soothes and does the job wonderfully. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue La Roche Posay.

Ich nutze das Produkt schon seit einigen Jahren und war bislang immer sehr zufrieden. Nachdem nun jedoch das Verpackungsmaterial geändert wurde, stelle ich am eigentlich duftfreien Reinigungsfluid einen unangenehmen Kunststoffgeruch fest, der vorher (mit der alten Verpackung) nicht da war. Es ist leider das Erste was mir auffällt sobald ich das Produkt auf das Gesicht auftrage. Schade.

Amazing basic cleanser

Absolutely love this cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling very clean and soft. Bonus that it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all. I have combination, sensitive skin that is prone to the occasional spot. Harsh cleansers do my skin no favours and this one is perfect. I’ve repurchased this 3 times now. I love the 400ml bottle with the pump as it’s so convenient to use.

Great Milk Cleanser

I have been using this cleanser since last year when lock down started.
I usually use a facial wash however when we went into lock down last year my skin literally dried out over night and became very sensitive.
This facial milk is great for taking off make up and general cleansing, it does not irritate my skin and is no greasy so a great all round product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Toleriane moisturiser made a noticeable difference to my skin, which can be sensitive and prone to redness. It feels very light on the skin and not greasy at all.
I found it especially great to use after retinol, as it helped calm my skin and keep it feeling comfortable and hydrated without irritation.
It’s the kind of cream I will always come back to.

I bought this cleanser as it is designed to help with redness.
The first few weeks of using it I hadn’t bothered buying it. But I have since noted my skin seems less red.
I agree with other reviews about the greasy feeling, but I seem to have sorted that by using muslin cloths to wash away the cleanser.
All I need now is to workout a wrinkle miracle cure

ce produit m'a été conseillé par ma pharmacienne suite à une allergie. peu convaincue car j'aime me nettoyer avec des produits avec eau et bien j'ai été ravie de l'utiliser. ce produit est doux, respectueux de ma peau, aucun parfum. il nettoie bien en douceur, il fait son job à 100%, j'ai racheté un gros flacon pour la maison et un petit pot pour voyager.

J'ai été surprise au premier essai car je trouve le nom un peu "trompeur" j'avais acheté ce fluide nettoyant comme nettoyant visage doux, ce qu'il est.
Cependant il s'agit vraiment d'un lait comme un lait démaquillant classique au niveau de la texture, ne mousse pas ne donne pas l'impression d'un savon ou gel nettoyant, c'est donc assez perturbant au début.
Cependant il fait très bien son boulot, il est extrêmement doux, pour le visage et pour les yeux moi qui ai les yeux très sensible c'est top. il démaquille bien lorsque l'on a un petit maquillage léger creme solaire etc.
Je l'utilise personnellement comme nettoyant le matin et en premier nettoyan/demaquillant le soir lors d'un double nettoyage visage.
N'espérait pas des miracle niveau ne maquillage si vous avez du maquillage résistant, le waterproof etc vous oubliez. Il est tout doux, et ne fera pas de miracle.
En résumé c'est un très bon nettoyant/démaquillant douceur pour les peau sensible.

I absolutely love this cleanser. It’s creamy, gentle and ticks all the boxes. I use a separate cleansing balm to remove make up and follow up with this Toleriane cleanser, I prefer to rinse the product off my skin rather than tissue off.
My only tiny grumble is that I wish the smaller sized bottle also came with a pump dispenser.
